1. The parties

2. Business-to-business use only

Velstoff is a B2B marketplace connecting Turkish wholesale clothing manufacturers with commercial buyers abroad (boutiques, retailers, wholesalers).

The platform may be used for business purposes only. Purchases as a consumer, for personal use, are not permitted. By applying you confirm that you act in a commercial capacity.

Accordingly, consumer withdrawal rights and distance-selling rules for consumers do not apply to transactions made here.

3. Accounts and approval

Buyer registrations and seller applications are subject to review. Wholesale prices are not visible and orders cannot be placed before approval. Approval may be declined without stating a reason.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Actions taken through your account are deemed to be yours.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and shown to approved buyers only. Goods are sold in packs (assorted sets); order quantities must be a multiple of the pack size.

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock; availability is checked when the order is placed. An order is not final until payment is received.

Velstoff issues the invoice to the buyer and acts as the exporter of record.

5. Delivery and customs

Shipments are delivered on a DDP basis: customs duties and import VAT of the destination country are included. Consignments may be split into several parcels to comply with weight limits.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

6. Defective goods, complaints and returns

If delivered goods are defective, a complaint with photographic evidence must be filed within a reasonable period after delivery. Complaints are reviewed by the platform.

As these are commercial transactions, there is no right of return for goods that are not defective.

7. Seller obligations and sanctions

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product information, for meeting dispatch deadlines and for compliance with applicable law.

Late dispatch, upheld complaints and seller-initiated cancellations generate automatic penalty points. Above a threshold, a seller account may be suspended temporarily or permanently. Sellers may appeal.

8. Product reviews

Only buyers who purchased and received the product may review it. Reviews are checked before publication; abusive content, personal data, advertising and off-topic content are not published.

Published reviews are publicly visible on the platform; the reviewing company name is shortened.

9. Intellectual property

The design, software and content of the platform are protected. Sellers confirm that they hold the necessary rights to the images and texts they upload and permit their use on the platform.

10. Limitation of liability

The platform intermediates the commercial relationship between seller and buyer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law and the courts and execution offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction. That jurisdiction is not exclusive: the buyer may also bring proceedings before the courts of its own place of establishment. Nothing in these terms removes any right the buyer has under the mandatory law of its own country.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective date of the current version appears at the top of this document; your acceptance is stored together with the version you accepted.

13. Reporting illegal content and point of contact

If you consider that a listing, image, product description or review on the platform is unlawful, you can report it to info@velstoff.com. Please include the exact address (URL) of the content, why you consider it unlawful, and your contact details. Reports are reviewed within a reasonable time; the content is removed or disabled, or the report is rejected. In either case the reasons are given both to the person who reported it and to whoever uploaded the content.

That same address is our single point of contact for buyers, sellers and competent authorities. Correspondence may be in English or Turkish.
